There, they identified a problem many customers faced in their everyday work. Rather than waiting for someone else to solve it, they took the initiative themselves. They spoke with users, analyzed their workflows, and developed initial solutions. They tested these ideas through prototypes and refined them step by step. Eventually, they built a first working prototype entirely on their own. Together with an existing customer who showed strong interest in the solution, they put it into operation and tested it in a real-world setting. This is how they set a new product in motion.
